Indoors, all main rooms are linked to the outdoors by floor--to-ceiling windows and access doors to the spacious deck that stretches the length of the home. The warmth of wood surrounds you with post and beam construction, cedar walls and ceilings and plank floors. Natural materials of cotton, wool, and wicker in off-white throughout the home compliment and contrast beautifully with the wood, providing a fresh summer-home feel, year 'round. The country-style kitchen has open shelving and an authentic Almira wood cookstove (not for use). The kitchen is central, well stocked, and linked to the open dining and living areas. The living room is comfortably furnished, with a woodburning fireplace, books and games for indoor enjoyment. Strategically placed windows frame striking views of fern and moss covered rock outcroppings. The view from the king size bed in the main bedroom overlooks the deck, ocean, and islands. The ensuite has an antique claw-foot tub angled into a corner window, overlooking the same beautiful view. This bed can be pulled apart into 2 twins.  Another bathroom and two other modest bedrooms round out comfortable accommodation for 7... and an 8th guest, preferably a child or teenager, will be comfortable on a roll-away cot or on the couch. The second bedroom has a King bed that also separates into 2 twins;  the 3rd bedroom has small single bunks and a twin bed. This works well for families, or for a group of fishermen it sleeps 6 adults separately.
