we will contact you by email or phone to confirm availability of the Quadra Island vacation rental home that you are interested in plus answer any questions you may have. When you decide to book our BC accommodation, Quadra Island Vacation Rentals will email a rental agreement to you.

Vacation Rental Home Payment Information

Accidental Damage Waiver Plan
Our Accidental Damage Plan is a service we offer to our rental clients to protect them from accidental damage while staying at one of our homes.  For a fee of $40.00 the Accidental Damage Plan will provide coverage for accidental damage taking place at the home during your stay for up to a total of $3000.00.  This coverage only applies to accidental damage.  A credit card number will still be required in case excessive cleaning or pet clean-up is required.

Deposit Policy for your Quadra Island accommodation
For reservations made more than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date, 50% of the rental is required at the time of booking. Once this deposit has been received your Quadra Island lodging is confirmed. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If your reservations are made less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, 100% of the rental is required at the time of booking. A security deposit equal to half of the high season rental rate will be held by a credit card imprint which will only be processed if damage occurs or excessive cleaning is required.

Methods of payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, money orders or personal cheques drawn on Canadian banks. Upon receipt of full payment and completion of the guest rental agreement, a confirmation letter and information about travel arrangements to Quadra Island will be sent to you.

Cancellation Policy
Confirmed vacation rental home reservations are non-refundable. However, if you must cancel, we will attempt to re-rent your holiday accommodation. If we are successful, you will be refunded the full amount recovered less a 10% (with a minimum $125) administrative fee.
